Each Trinka built for Australia includes all the following factory installed features as standard items NOT options which make a truly reliable and rugged tender that will give you many years of faithful service and fun.

  • Fully imported from Johannsen Boat Works in Florida U.S.A
  • Hull with bright white exterior and off white interior
  • Teak centre thwart
  • Laminated gunwale
  • Teak breast hook and quarter knees
  • Teak transom reinforcement
  • Dacron-covered foam gunwale fender
  • Two pair bronze oarlock sockets
  • Stainless steel 3/8th of an inch (5mm) off-shore towing eye with extra reinforcing
  • Gold Mylar cove stripe
  • 6 foot 6 inch Oars with bronze oarlocks and leathers
  • Lockable bronze oar clamp for security when oars are left unattended in boat
  • Stainless protective strip on forefoot and skeg
  • Teak floor boards
  • Bronze drain or self bailer

  • All Trinka rowing models are set up for future sail instillation
  • Sailing model also includes a white Dacron sail, anodised two-part mast and boom, all running rigging and stainless hardware, dagger board, rudder and tiller
  • A bronze drain plug is fitted to provide bilge drainage
  • If you’ve ever had to row out an anchor, you know how an anchor chain will chew up the upper edge of your transom. To prevent such damage we have installed a protective and very attractive Stainless-steel transom molding
  • We think bottom skids are a real must for the serious cruiser who lands on a lot of rough beaches, we have installed and thru-bolted four skids of ½ inch (2.3cm)x 3/4 of an inch (2.0cm) oak to help preserve the bottom paint and retard wear of the fibreglass, these also strengthen your Trinka
